Terms of Service
Change orders after we arrive fee $500 (this means if you change the order size, shape, accessories, etc after we arrive on your build day, some changes will add days and/or reschedule) This change order also applies if you change the scheduled build dates within 72 hours of previously agreed installation dates.
In all cases payment is due in full immediately upon completion.
Credit Card and other digital payments for orders are collected immediately upon ordering, if paying by check using PayPal, orders will not be built until 10 days after PayPal (or other digital processor) has cleared the check. (This is only for Digital Checks, Not Credit Cards)
*We do not accept Bank “counter” checks or Cashiers checks, sorry.
We DO accept personal checks with names and addresses match the construction address.
Additional trips to collect payments outside of the conditions provided above are subject to a $150 fee.
Non-Payment or payments delayed more than 72 hours from completion time could result in a Contractor Lien.
